A special selection of four artisan cheeses with crackers, plus optional add-ons.
Easy entertaining, ready to eat, just open and serve!

This package currently includes:

Cave Dweller Goat Cheese, one 6 oz package, FireFly Farms, MD
Aged eight-to-twelve months to develop its sweet and sharp flavor. Made similarly to Parmesan, the curd is cooked as it sets, making it denser and harder as its nuttiness and complexity grows with each passing day. It is age sealed, so the resulting cheese is higher moisture.

Shelburne Cheddar Cheese, one 8 oz package, Shelburne Farms, VT
This two year aged cheddar cheese is delicious and balanced: bright, fruity, and sharp, with a creamy texture and a long finish.

Parmesan Cheese, one 9 oz piece, La Traversetolese in Italy 
This is a lovely option for topping pasta or accompanying your favorite heritage salami & prosciutto, made with raw milk, aged 24 months to sweet and nutty perfection 

Pleasant Ridge Reserve, one 8 oz piece from Uplands Cheese, WI
A true expression of the terroir of the low grassy valleys of southwestern Wisconsin where this award winning cheese is made from pastured cow's milk. Flavors of toasted nuts and caramel with a coffee-brown rind.

Organic Rosemary Sea Salt Baked Crackers, one 5.5 oz container, Firehook Bakery
These crunchy, well-seasoned, unevenly beautiful crackers feature bold rosemary and a sprinkling of sea salt.

Sliced Sopressata Piccante Salami - made with Calabrian chili peppers, this classic Italian salami has balanced heat making it a crowd pleaser.

Heritage Foods is expanding our cheese selections in partnership with the Anne Saxelby Legacy Fund (ASLF), whose mission is to provide monthlong paid apprenticeships for young adults to live on sustainable farms — to work, learn, and be inspired to create change in their communities. We have selected our favorite domestically produced cheeses from ASLF partner farms.
