If your beef arrives damaged or fails to meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a full replacement or refund.
Inspect Your Delivery
Immediately upon arrival, check your package to ensure the vacuum seals are intact and the product is still at a safe, chilled temperature.

If there are any discrepancies or quality concerns, take clear photos of the product and the shipping label as they appeared at the time of delivery.
