Heritage pork yields beautiful marbling, making the ground meat very juicy. Our ground pork is an 80/20 mix of the best cuts from the very breeds that put the word heritage on restaurant menus across the country.
We are so happy to introduce beef from a beautiful family run operation! Elizabeth operates Chaney's Dairy and ice cream shop, while husband Chase operates 20/20 Cattle Company, a beef program with its own genetic line of F1 Wagyu breed cattle.
For chili, meatballs, ragu, as a filling for dumplings, tacos, stuffed peppers, and anything else you can imagine, there is nothing so delicious, nourishing, easy to prepare and of course, sustainable!

Cooking
How to Prepare
1. Drain the excess liquid from the package over the sink, remove the ground meat from the packaging, and pat dry.
2. Season with salt and pepper right before you begin cooking.
3. Heat canola oil in a hot pan. Once the pan is lightly smoking, carefully place the ground meat in the middle and begin breaking the meat apart. Continue to break the meat apart and allow the meat to brown on one side. Some ground meat is fattier — like pork and lamb — and may require some fat to be drained off as it's cooking.
4. Stir the ground meat carefully in the pan until it is cooked through. Drain and serve!
